7/20 - Intel's old microarchitecture is known as Netburst, its new microarchitecture as Core. Nevertheless it will be a while before Core completely replaces Netburst.
On the desktop, a chip that goes by the codename Conroe-L is to serve as the basis of the next Celeron. Conroe-L appears to be a single core Core 2 part, though the brand name has not been announced yet.
The new Celeron is not due until the 2nd quarter of next year, possibly to give time to sell off previous generation Celeron chips.
In the meantime, the Celeron D 360 will be "the last Netburst product".
